Auto Attendant
The Bizfon Auto Attendant answers callers with a consistent professional greeting. At
all times, callers can dial an extension, select an informational message, leave a company voice mail message, or press
"O" for the operator.
Voice Mail
The Bizfon shares 100 minutes of voice mail with its 8 voice mail boxes. Callers can
dial extensions directly enabling them to leave personal detailed messages.
Call Routing
Routing within the Bizfon is fast, easy and intuitive. Callers are always able to dial
alternative extensions, leave a message or press "0". Callers
on hold don't have to remain on hold. With Bizfon, callers are
reminded that at any time they can dial another extension, wait, or leave a message.
Meeting Room
With Bizfon's Meeting Room feature , the complexity of creating a conference call is eliminated.
To enter the Meeting Room, simply call extension "290". Outside callers can join
a Meeting Room by calling extension "290" and entering a security code.
