You may use this form to provide us with the instructions how to record the greeting (ProVoice) you've already purchased.   This form can be used for 1 (one) professionally recorded greeting at a time - if you have purchased more than one greeting, for example, the day greeting and the after hours greeting, please use this form separately for each greeting.

Note: You should have purchased the license for the greeting (P/N BIZ-0515) before completing and submitting this form.  If you want to do that now, using our online store, follow this link, submit your order, then return here to complete and submit this form one time for each greeting you purchased.

When writing the script for the greeting, please be aware of the following time limitations:
