Virtual Extensions

Do you have a situation where you'd like to pick up any phone in your office and treat it like it was "yours?"  Do you have employees who don't have a fixed work station, but still want an extension of their own?  Do you have employees, particularly sales representatives, who spend all their time out of the office, but still could use the convenience of messaging and call handling?  Do you share an office with several people on different days?

Bizfon has a unique and elegant solution to these real-world situations: the Bizfon Virtual Extension.  By adding the Bizfon Voice Vault Card to your Bizfon 680 system, you can configure up to 15 Virtual Extensions (ext. 250 - 264) which can be assigned to any employee, and accessed from any phone - any Bizfon extension or remotely from any touch-tone or cellular phone.

Virtual Extensions can be configured to provide a voice mailbox and call routing features the same as a real extension.  You can even set up a virtual extension to ring a specific physical extension (201-208) or an external number, to provide true "follow me anywhere" messaging.

The Voice Vault card also provides an additional 2 or 4 additional hours in the Bizfon system for voice mail recordings and greetings as well as 4 more informational messages.
